We’ve all been new to the gym, haven’t we?
Walking around in there, not really knowing what things to use or how to use them. We’ve all tried out new things, not really knowing what it should be good for, but thinking that the big dudes over there are doing it, so it should work for me too, right?
I remember my first gym experiences. I remember having a little notebook in which I wrote up different exercises, and drew how to perform them since I didn’t know what the names were. My father is a police man, and I therefore got to use the gym that they had at his job. The police men were really nice to me and taught me a lot of things, that I still keep in mind today.
Many sweaty hours in the gym has passed for me now, and even if I learned a lot from the police officers and saw results really fast, there are for sure a lot of things that I know better now and wished that I knew back then.
In case this will help some of you who now are at that phase where you feel a little confused with all the do’s and don’ts, or even if you’re well experienced with fitness and gym now, I’m willing to share my best tips and tricks to do. I’m sure this will be something that a lot of you will be able to recognize yourself in, and maybe you will learn something out of this. Enjoy 🙂
