I hope you are having a lovely summer day. At least we do here in Sweden.
Don’t we all aim for that strong and lean core with a showing 6-pack? OK, maybe not all of us… But I sure do, and I know that there are a lot of people among me that does.
One thing that I’ve noticed myself doing, and also seen among others, is that the abs are not a priority in your weekly workout schedule. Many of us just rush through the ab workout in the end of another workout, just to keep them going. That might work just fine for a lot of people, but very often it doesn’t lead to the great results that we want.
I sometimes have problems with finding that burning contact with my abs. I therefore really need to go through them strictly in order to achieve the results that I’m aiming for. Still, I don’t always have the time, effort or will to really give my abs time in my schedule. I sometimes just want to do the ab workout quickly, and then go home or so.
I made a workout for those of you that are just like me! This workout is also perfect now during summer; you don’t need any equipment at all! You can do it outside, on the beach, at home, or at the gym at the end of your workout, but still achieve the right results. All you need is 10 minutes! And I promise you, no matter which level you’re at in your training, this workout will kill your abs! I wanted to die after 30 secs…
So, you basically do each exercise for 1 minute. There are 10 different exercises, so the workout only takes 10 minutes.
