Long time no see. I’ve been busy traveling, celebrating midsummer, enjoying time with friends and family and some of my social media’s have been suffering from that. Not my IG though, you know I don’t really take time off completely 😉
Something else that’s been suffering a little, is my training. I haven’t had the time to go to the gym as much. But, that’s OK! Life happens. You’ve got to enjoy yourself at some points, you know. I’ve felt bloated and heavy after this rest period that I’ve had, but you know what? I don’t mind! Because I know that the gym, my goals, my mindset and my lifestyle is not going anywhere.
Now, however, I’m back, ready to kick it! 🙂 And of course, I’ve got a new workout to share with you, other than the ones you almost daily can see on my IG.
You’ve asked me a lot about a hamstrings workout, and here you go! I share my 4 best exercises:
1. Leg curls SS one leg leg curls 5set x 10/10/10reps
2. Good mornings (Smith machine) 4set x 10-12 reps
3. Bulgarian split SS jumps 4set x 10reps / 10jumps
4. Dumbbell deadlift tri-set (Normal standing, wide standing & one leg) and 4set x 10/10/10reps

Another thing that I explain in this video, is how to get the muscles growing in average, and the importance of never getting too comfortable in your training. Let’s say you do for example 10 reps in a set. Does the 9th feel soooo heavy that you almost can’t make it until’ the 10th, but you push yourself and force yourself to do it, while it burns sooo much? Good, then. If not, raise your game! If it feels too easy, higher the weights, higher the reps, do something other than what you’re used to, surprise your body with something new, push yourself some more. In other words, challenge yourself, all the time. That’s how you get the results you’re aiming for, not by being lazy 😉
